image This man is working for himself and his bank not his clients. Closer to a thief than a fiduciary. He does put on a good show although its completely disingenuous.
Not only did every single stock he offered as good lose money(even before 2022) but he pushed back on everything that would have made money. Blew off emails during market turmoil in 2020 then sold assets at the bottom instead of in February liked asked and to make it worse stayed in cash instead of reinvesting like he was supposed to then blew off more emails until the market recovered, made huge purchases in wrong accounts before online portal was running, took no responsibility for his actions instead opting to throw my recently deceased father under the bus not knowing I spoke to him every day, and advertised using debt to invest as 'my allspark moment' in late 2020 while pressuring me to buy structured notes almost every phone call while calling them liquid (they aren't).
I am only 30 and was going through estate drama around my grandmother and estranged uncle who restructured her trusts when she was 90 and my dad had a broken neck and then the loss of my father(my only family) and he took advantage of my situation after accepting my business knowing the full situation. The man shouldnt be allowed to do anything but stick clients in index funds.
He is welcome to enter FINRA Arbitration with me to remove his RIA complaint
But instead RBC is telling me I need a subpoena to see financial statements for my fathers accounts which is entirely untrue when I am executor of his estate. All attorneys who hear this immediately start asking for 6 figure retainers or decline due to difficulty.
It's sad that people like this are in high places. Definitely advanced via the favor economy. Criminal.
The story is more complicated than I care to go into detail here and the Dictionary doesnt have words to describe the deep contempt I feel for this man who emotionally manipulated me while I was already at the lowest point in my life. Him along with the Trust Officer Theodore Stumpp from Comerica ruined what was left of my life without remorse. Now Ted is withholding information on a small GST trust that I am still beneficiary of after withholding income owed to my father for 2 years and getting indignant when I called him on it. These people are criminals and if you have the misfortune of having money with them I suggest changing that as they will screw your kids at the first opportunity when you are gone.
