Dr. David M. Jones, DDS

My tooth started to bother me and I was referred to Dr. Jones by my regular dentist on Monday. I called Dr. Jones's office on Tuesday morning, went in to see him that very afternoon, and walked out of his office an hour and 15 minutes later with a brand new root canal and no pain. Today, Wednesday, I have just a tiny little bit of soreness and have no need for medication. All of the staff provided great, professional service. I can not recommend Dr. Jones and his staff highly enough! Who'd have thought that a root canal could be such a positive and pain free experience!

Last visit was my second and last visit to Dr. Jones. I had a good experience the first time so when I needed another root canal I booked another appointment. This visit was very different. Dr. Jones seemed to be in a hurry this time. My tooth was not completely numb when he started the procedure. When I indicated I was experiencing intense pain he gave me another injection and continued to work. When I indicated again that I was experiencing intense pain he said he was almost done and that I would have to put up with it. What kind of medical professional says things like that when there are options to keep patients comfortable? He does good work if you can tolerate the pain and attitude. There are other endodonists in my area and I will be using a different one in the future.

The front office, medical assistants, and Dr. Jones are all wonderful! I always have an amazing experience and receive excellent patient care.

I am in the midst of a dental nightmare that started 6 months ago. By the time I ended up with Dr Jones, there was already so much damage to my mouth I was scared to death. He and his staff put me at ease right away and were very mindful of how to proceed. Dr Jones is an endodontist that knows what he's doing and his staff is great. Very pleased.
