Extremely Disappointing Experience at Dermatology Office
I'm writing this review after a considerable delay because I wanted to find a new dermatologist first, to ensure my perspective was fair and balanced. Sadly, my experience at this dermatology office back in September was deeply unsatisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my experience to inform others.
From the moment I walked in, the lack of professionalism was apparent. The front desk staff were more engaged in conversation with each other than attending to patients. This not only made me feel unwelcome but also delayed the service.
The situation didn't improve with the medical assistant, who seemed more concerned with discussing irrelevant matters with the front desk staff than addressing patient needs. Their demeanor was so off-putting that I even questioned if I should continue my appointment or leave. The response from the medical assistant was shockingly indifferent.
A significant issue was the misinformation about the appointment. When booking, I was assured that my concerns regarding acne treatment and a skin cancer check-up could be addressed in a single visit. However, the medical assistant insisted that I could only choose one service per appointment, contradicting what I was initially told.
The appointment with the dermatologist was equally disheartening. She was rude and dismissive, providing minimal answers to my queries. This lack of communication and care was not just unprofessional, but it also left me with unresolved health concerns.
I regret spending my time and money at this office. The lack of customer service and professionalism was astonishing.
If you're seeking a dermatologist, I highly recommend Dr. Tiffany Link instead. My experience with her was exceptional - a stark contrast to the poor service I received here. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your dermatological needs.
