        Both the doctor and support staff were very efficient and friendly. I appreciate the little things that keep events running smoothly. Being immediately seated in the patient room when I arrived rather than sitting in the waiting area. Consults on the procedure and what to expect within a timeline. We finished with an expedited departure and explanation for the next visit.
