Dr. Merritt pulled two teeth yesterday and I have NEVER been so calm during a dental procedure. My pain next day is pretty minimal too. It was a pleasant experience and the whole team set me up well for after care success.

Dr Jennifer Merritt is rude even more than that she back stabbed me her client and did not help me!!!! I have infections near a new crown with visable nooks and crannies. She called the dentist I had an issue with, in terms of a failed root canal that had given me an infection and a recent crown with over hang (another dentist said) and buckling (yes both of these were by the same dentist). She calls this dentist up and congratulates him on a brilliant crown after she told me in person she could see buckling and overhang. Then she ignores my pain and the fact that food got stuck under the crown. It does not get clean with just floss. Instead of helping me she calls the dentist who did the bad work and tells him I am hurting myself getting food out of the crown and it is all my fault. She does not call my current dentist. Dr Merritt has issues to do all this.

Dr. Merritt and her staff are amazing! Very courteous, patient, kind and professional. I have had them perform a few gum grafts now and they made it as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend them!!

Dr Merritt is the greatest! She and her staff made my procedure as smooth and relaxing as possible. The work, atmosphere, and attitudes were all top notch. My benefits plan changed over the course of my treatment, which added confusion towards what to expect from the billing process and the down-the-road options for my treatment. Dr Merritt and her staff went above and beyond to help me navigate the intricacies of working with a new plan, and were much more flexible than I have experienced with other providers. In the end they helped me save money, did excellent work, and turned an uncomfortable experience into something I kinda looked forward to. I wish Dr Merritt and her staff all the best, as they are all wonderful people!
