Park View Family Dentistry Fort Collins

Can someone from this company please contact me. I got a $3000 loan out that Im still paying on and havent received the services and now your office is empty with no phone number.

I'm severely disappointed with this dentist. I went to this dentist to get my wisdom teeth removal and I had no problems with them at all. They're were fantastic actually, however since my boyfriend starting going there it's been a living hell. They would never pick up when they should've been. Not to mention they closed down after doing only half of his fillings and didn't do the rest and now he suffers from teeth sensitivity after the procedure and due to them closing I'm very upset that they also never gave his refund back that was over $300, we've been trying to contact anyone for months now and still nothing. What should we do?

The doc hurried thru it! My tooth is chipped and he didn't do anything about it or even seem to notice. I went back n had them file it. It's the front tooth and it looks like he filed the a big chunk of the tooth (a lot more of the tooth than was damaged). Gave a good review at 1st because I didn't want them to screw up my teeth even more next time I went in.

Overall my experience was fantastic with them since I had anxiety with dentists they did great and was patient with me however I was not notified that this location was closing down and had an appointment scheduled. Was not contacted about the situation and had to search for a new dentist. Very disappointing and unprofessional in my opinion. Only reason I'm giving a low rating is due to the unprofessional of contacting patients about being closed down. Still have not received a call or anything and my appointment has already passed .

I honestly felt a sigh of relief seeing this place closed down. I went in with high anxiety and even thought the team was helpful they made me now want to go to any dentist. I needed a few treatments done and they told me they got preauthorization on all treatments. First, they decided I needed a few fillings on my side teeth. Then when going in on the day of the treatments they decided one needed to be extracted. The only problem is he already drilled it so he threw some filling in it but not all the way and that is it. Mind you, I had no more money with insurance because everything was built into my treatement plan so I had no coverage to get this half filled tooth and its still like that. Next I was told I needed a root canal on my front tooth. Again, after drilling the plan changed. I was told it would be fully covered and then told I just needed to pay $300 OOP and they would pay me back after insurance went through. Then after me calling and calling and calling and calling I finally found out that they got denied on the claim. I called insurance to find out - they never submitted ANY of the x-rays or anything else. They were contacted multiple times by my insurance just ignore them. When I finally found this out it was FOUR DAYS after the claim closed so I was SOL. The third and final treatment was my other front tooth which, now, only a few months later is falling apart. The front desk manager was completely rude and incompetent. Good riddance!!
