Eddie's knowledge of the workings of computers is a godsend. He's available quickly, usually the same day the problem occurs - failure of the power pack, takeover of my computer by a program I downloaded thinking it was benign, setting up my new laptop to get rid of the annoying pop ups and startup images the manufacturer put on that are useless, intrusive and annoying. Whatever the problem I've had, he has been able to fix it. And he charges decent, reasonable fees. My computers now run like I expect them to, now how the nefarious writers and sellers of programs and apps decide they will run.

Several weeks ago Eddie rescued my computer in the midst of a busy time resulting from the sale of our former home. Not only did he correct the problem, but he did it quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. Fast forward several weeks, and I can confidently report that my computer is better than it was when new. Thanks, Eddie!

When my computer died a few nights ago, I called Eddie, The Computer Guy. His return call was quick and he went over a few suggestions to fix the problem before we ended up booking an appointment the very next day. He is a kind man and a knowledgeable professional. He settled my panic, replaced the hard drive which had died and talked me through the details. I would recommend his services to anyone facing computer issues.
