        We waited for at least 20 minutes while the one lady behind the counter was socializing with a customer. She didn't even acknowledge that we were waiting and were up next. 3 customer's behind me in line left due to the womens demeanor. I stated to her that she lost 3 customer's and her response was "I was making a drink" - she made an iced coffee, it took like 2 seconds. If it wasn't for a special occasion we would have walked out too. DO NOT go to this Starbucks! They DO NOT want your business.

        Alondra was giving me attitude just fir asking to have my coffee hot and didn't even heat my sandwich, I'm sorry but this is unnecessary way to handle customers
