        I'm a first time mama and after my son was born I was really struggling with processing the birth experience and finding a new routine. Being a new mom can be so lonely. I am SO grateful for Mamas & Co for providing us new moms with a safe and friendly space to just be new moms. Together, with the group, we have worked through tough births, challenges of feeding and sleeping and schedules and traveling and everything! It is truly a wonderful place to find a new community. I cannot recommend this place enough!

        I currently attend the pre-walkers group and really enjoy my time there. I'm meeting other moms, and it's a great environment to talk about parenting joys/challenges associated with this new role. Ingrid is caring and innovative. I'm excited to take future classes. Mamas & Company is a true asset to the community.
