Kinda useless to have an empty store with workers sitting down unable to help me. I have to call the tmobile and be on hold for over 1hr to be able to get help. Great use of an Athourized store, where you need to call someone else to be able to do anything. Makes perfect sense.

Had an issue with my phone not staying charged after a bad drop. I took it to this store on College Ave. The man there didnt bother to look at my phone or even check my plan to see if I had insurance. He immediately told me to call Apple and handed me a business card with a number on it. He was so disinterested, rude and lazy. I called Apple, they wanted $1000 holding fee until my old phone was received before sending me a new one, which I just couldnt afford. I called the store on Harmony Rd. A guy named Matthew told me to bring my phone in. When I got there he pulled up my info and took a look at my plan, turns out I had insurance on my phone, which wouldve covered repairs. After a minute of looking at my phone, Matthew realized my charging port was just filled lint and thats why it wasnt charging. He was friendly, kind, determined to figure out my issue, checked my plan, saved me $1000, and fixed my phone all within 10 minutes. Please save yourself the time and headache, dont use this store on College, go to the Harmony location and ask for Matthew.

Manager, Gabe, gave my Apple iPhone the updates it needed to continue operating correctly. The entire staff jumping as well. Very fun and attentive atmosphere
