Lou's Autobahn

My audi began vibrating and running so rough i had to pull over to the side of I 25. It was sunday night. I couldnt reach Lou, of course, so i asked the tow truck driver to take it to Lou's Autobahn hoping Lou would take care of it. Early Monday morning i spoke to Lou's staff and i had a diagnosis almost immediately. They got my car back to.me within days. The parts and labor prices are fair and the work is professional. I wont trust anyone else but Lou!

Lou is great he is very knowledgeable and helpful. He genuinely helps to solve the problem and will try out different solutions reasonably before recommending replacement. I will keep coming here for my BMW service.

Lou's Autobahn is great in all ways! From the desk/phone service to the techs and mechanics. Lou has consistently been available for questions, is quick to get my vehicle in and has been able to get things fixed that have left other shops stumped. Lou has gone out of his way to provide great service, working late following up with me about something that was missed that I never would have noticed. Very transparent. Great place, can't recommend highly enough!

Reception staff top level. Accurate and polite front office service provided in a professional manner. You just knew they cared ... The owner delivered the keys and report of work in person. Being quite knowledgeable about cars myself since high school, this gentleman is top shelf, and fun to meet! So far, the Audi is running perfect.
