        Always a hard time to get a shop to work on a 30's resto mod. Found Fast Track by error, but it was in the cards to find them. Great people and work ethics. I'm happy as hell to find them. Recommend them highly.

        I am never a person to leave a negative review , it has to be something really bad in order for me to post. I just dont want this to happen to anyone else. I had a compressor put in my sons car. It never worked from the start my son said he noticed it wasnt working well but that he would be okay. I finally was able to drive his car when I was driving him to College to AZ I noticed the ac was not working. I called Fast track they said it was under warranty so I took it to a shop in Az that was in network with the warranty company . The AZ shop told me it was a faulty compressor and they would have to put a new one in. It got fixed in AZ and Fast track told me to pay for it and that they would pay me back since Auto zone was sending a check for reimbursement. The original cost of the compressor was $1200 that I paid Fast Track then in AZ they replaced the compressor but put in a whole kit including condenser, schrader valves etc. $2000 was the total in AZ. Did I ever get reimbursed from Fast track NO!!!!!!! Fast Track has not paid me back the $1200 for a faulty compressor. So frustrated. The shop in Az has shown compassion and Integrity and they are going to help and take whatever necessary actions they need to help me. Shops like Fast track should not be lacking Integrity. If you put in a faulty part you should take ownership and fix the issue. I teach kids daily in my profession about Integrity. Thats all I am asking for in any person I know or do business with. Dave is the gentleman I have been talking with. Mind you this all happened at the end of Aug and its still not resolved and Im out a total of $3200 for a faulty compressor that was put in my college sons car. I hope you dont have to deal with something like this anywhere you go.

      Tracy, we are disappointed that you feel this way. The owners of Fast Track and theiremployees take pride in our workmanship and customer relations and will always strive to takecare of our customers. With that being said, you left us a 5 star review days after you left ourshop after having replaced the A/C compressor in your son's car and stated you were so happywith us and the work we had done that you were going to refer us to everyone you knew. Notonce were we ever notified that the A/C was not working “well” while the car was still in FtCollins. The next time we first heard about the A/C not working properly was when you were inArizona. If the repair that we done didn't work from the beginning we should've been notifiedimmediately and we were not.When you called us from AZ we gave you the number to the warranty company and they helpedyou find a shop. We helped answer your questions and you were told that you would be coveredfor parts and labor on the compressor IF that was the problem and if that was not then any otherrepair was your responsibility. The repair shop that you took it to diagnosed it as (per their ownwords on the repair invoice) a bad expansion valve in the system causing the A/C to blow warm.It was NOT the compressor that we replaced that failed. This is also the reason why theProvantage warranty company would not pay for any labor on this claim.Also on the repair order from the shop in AZ they charged you, and you paid for, ANOTHER A/Ccompressor as well as an A/C condenser in which Fast Track has proof that Autozone gave thatshop in AZ a COMPLETE A/C kit for your car that included those parts and they received it atno charge. If you want to pursue further actions contact the shop in AZ for getting the part forfree but still charging you for it. Not sure why you are under the impression Fast Track shouldbe responsible for paying you for work we never performed.Fast Track went to great lengths to help you and wanted to make sure that if the part weinstalled failed it would be taken care of. We value you as a Fast Track customer and you areentitled to your opinion but I think the facts that we listed explains what happened.
