Bina Mehta: Methi Masala LLC

My husband and I participated in Bina's Valentines Sweet and Spicy cooking class and it was fabulous. The food was incredible! Bina is an amazing teacher who hosted 10 - 12 cooks/students in her kitchen with grace and joy. We learned a lot about Indian cooking and aruyvedic health. Bina is generous with her knowledge and shares a lot of interesting content. I would highly recommend any of Bina's classes and services. You will be delighted with the quality, service and value you receive!

Bina Mehtas cookbook Turmeric and Spice is not only beautiful but inspiring. I had never cooked Indian food before, but the beautiful pictures and well written book have inspired me to be adventurous! Not only that, my grandchildren love to look at the book and the beautiful pictures and help me decide what We should cook. I purchased this book with the spices and Im so glad I did because I have found that I am using the spices on all the regular food I cook, even my famous crockpot meals. The flavors are so enhanced when using her spice kit. Do yourself a favor and buy the cookbook with the spice kit you will enjoy it in so many ways! Tina Randle, WA

It was quiet by the guidance of the universe that I came to see Bina. I was completely depleted physically, emotionally and spiritually. Literally hanging on by a thread. The first visit with Bina she worked on me using her Universal White Time Healing. I could literally feel my energy shift in a good way. I was having stomach issues and she talked with me about using the Auryvedic principles of lifestyle and eating. I applied this to my way of eating and I could actually take in protein which had been a difficulty for some time. I scheduled another visit 3 days later and she was even surprised to see how much better I was doing. Bina is not only a gifted healer but she does this kind of work in order to heal further than just one person. Long Distance Energy Healing I believe we are all connected through invisible web of seemingly random events, weaven by ever present universal forces. When I accidentally crossed paths with Bina, I was immediately struck with her spirituality, open-heartedness and compassion towards her friends, community and family. She truly is someone who practices what she believes in, dedicating her life to enlightening those around her, easing up the emotional and physical burdens carried by others. Since I have long heard of her crystal energy healing sessions, it was when I found myself thousands of miles away that I sought her help. I only I wish I'd turn to Bina sooner! The day of the healing I felt heaviness lifting and light gradually entering as I was releasing the past. After falling into deep sleep state, I awakened with my body and mind rejuvenated and balanced once again. Bina is an amazing woman. Born in India she has inherited thousands of years of wisdom which she shares so graciously with her clients -whether on her healing table or around her dinner table. She truly cares about the health and happiness of those around her and it is evident from the moment you meet her. 5 stars! I recommend her services and friendship outright!
