The last at the front desk was polite and pointed me in the correct direction. The guy at the parts counter was polite but more used to guy customers I think. I got what I need very quickly. Thank you

I gave this company the opportunity to earn my companies multiple six-figure a year business. I simply called the Walker factory and it took this dealer two weeks to get back to me. By then I had spoken to walker dealer that is somewhat close to me, as these people are basically in Nebraska. The conversations about opening an account were so unprofessional and upsetting, that I decided that if creating the relationship was so difficult and disrespectful, I would not want to invest a penny with them, and have any required service to be a nightmare as well. These boys have no business sense whatsoever. There are a lot of mower and equipment manufacturers out there, but only one that only has zero turns, and a very limited line of those. And staff that I wouldn't let wash my car.
