Narconon Colorado says they say they are not connected to Scientology but the Narconon program (which is the method they are licensed to use) is listed on the first page of the official Scientology website. If you are considering this program do your own research. The front page of the Scientology website has a link to the official Narconon website which then has a link to Narconon Colorado. This wouldnt be a problem if they were just honest about it. To claim there is no connection is a lie. I went here and I would not recommend this program to anyone.

As others have said, this is a SCIENTOLOGY BRAINWASHING PROGRAM. (I went to the California based one in the early 2000s and was shocked how much they have grown) They teach you literally nothing about addiction, they have you stare at each other across from one another. Then "touch that table. Thank you. Touch that table, thank you. Touch that table, thank you". All teachings are from L. Ron Hubbard, (photos of which were displayed openly) I even found books in the "ethics office" written by him. The detox: pump you full of niacin, put you in the saunas until you stop reacting to the overdoses of niacin. You are free labor. Don't comply? Think something is stupid?(Like literally paying to stare at someone in the guise of actually helping you in anyway!) Then you went to "ethics." Where I dug trenches for the new sprinkler system. Chores is one thing, but straight up slave labor is another. The basics of human brainwashing are taught here, like breaking down sentences into single words and their definitions. They asked me to define the word "a" when I could answer all their definitions correctly and they needed me to be wrong. You pay thousands of dollars, just to be worked for free labor and cleaning for their facilities, learn nothing and go out when you find out it's actually a CULT. When I was communicating to my parents, I told them what the place was doing, and they cut my phone access for 2 weeks. They illegally open your mail and listen to all calls. It's the perfect scam, kids get sent here, and when they tell them they want to leave bc of what's happening, no one will believe an addict wanting to leave a rehab! They prey on probably one of the most vulnerable groups of people, addicts and their trusting family. For the love of God, do NOT send a loved one into this "program." Go somewhere REAL that doesn't completely rob you and then call it rehabilitation. This place is not the answer you're looking for.
