Ryan and The Spot Specialist did an amazing job! I had to wait for it to completely dry and see how it held up before I wrote a review even though it looked amazing when he was finished. We have been using zerorez for years and figured I would try somebody else. So glad I did. For starters Ryan is less expensive and the quality is as good if not better so far. I expect the quality will be much better as time goes on. He took much better care of our house when he was here…he didnt hurry through it to get to the next job! Ryan certainly knows his stuff. He explained why he uses the products he uses and how they all work together to provide longer lasting results. He is honest and transparent. I have found my carpet cleaner for life!!! Ryan, Came out and cleaned my parents carpets and cleaned out their dryer vents! WOW! What an amazing job he did. The carpets look like they were just put in. The dryer is working better then ever. My parents couldn't be more pleased. Not only did Ryan do a Fantastic job but my dad and mom loved how personable Ryan is. they feel like they have known him for a really long time. Ryan cleaned our dryer vent. Did a great job. Was a very clean operation. Will definitely do this more often
