absolutely AMAZING customer service!! literally called them on saturday night crying on the side of i70 like a baby (i was absolutely overreacting about the situation) & whoever answered was extremely helpful!! i ended up not even needing them to come because they not only calmed me down but gave great advice & i was able to get out on my own! thank you again :0)

Dont call them in case of emergency they dont care Rating: why are racist companies allowed to operate? I recently required towing services after being caught in a snow bank and chose D &j based on their proximity and services listed. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations set by their advertising and previous reviews. Customer Service rating : abysmal The interaction with the Brady was infuriating Communication was less than pleasant with racial undertones. He said and I quote well brother man you shouldnt be driving in The snow if youre going to go through AAA We dont get paid unless its the morning time so you shouldnt have been Driving this late at night. Unless you want to pay cash we cant come out until the morning when our computer is up and running, I should have known what to expect from a company whos business line is linked to a drunk guys cell phone (Pricing for service if you have cash) $175 plus 15 percent for labor costs would not recommend
