The service at this place is awful. Even if you're over a month early in getting your taxes in, they will be late and they will not communicate with you about the status. The only way you get your taxes done is to call and leave messages incessantly. Also don't expect them to enter your bank account info accurately, I was nearly late paying what I owed because of this mistake. Poor attention to detail and really poor service, do not recommend.

Since the current owner purchased the business a few years ago they have been non-responsive every one of our needs. Everything happens at the last minute, and only because we call and bug them to respond. After 25 years with the prior owner, and the new owner has lost our business. We are going elsewhere for our needs.
