Stephanie is absolutely THE BEST. We purchased our first home in Colorado while living out of state, and she handled our situation with amazing flexibility and professionalism. She walked us through every process step-by-step, and her communication skills are top-notch. I have yet to meet her in person due to our current location (my husband worked with her in person), but we have already built a solid bond and connection, and I look forward to meeting her once we move to our perfect for us home in the mountains! Stephanie did such an amazing job helping us find our first home! We had been ecstatic about moving back to our "home" in Colorado. We had a VERY wide range and criteria, and in reality more than a 100 mile radius and multiple considerations. She was so amazing helping us not only to find our first home, but flexible with an out of state purchase, making herself available day or night, no matter what. From coordinating last minute showings to helping to coordinate when she wasn't even in the area for showings.
