Just not good on how they laid out the aisles because you can't see some of them from the front so they have a lot of stealing

I had an awful experience with Bear Paw. They got a warning from the Colorado realtors board for shady practices. Eric does not know what he is doing and is a dishonest person.

My apartment in Denver is managed by Bear Paw. My main contact there is Darlene who is an absolute delight. She has managed everything from showing me the apartment, being the liaison between myself and the owner and taking care of any work orders. It is clear that the company is well run and have a team of competent employees. Highly recommend!

Every issue that was called in has been taken care of in a very fast and timely manner. They have excellent contractors and they do their best to keep up with maintenance on your home. I highly recommend Bear Paw Property management. Could not be happier!!!
