        This guy has ghosted me repeatedly. He does not call me back and he doesn't reply to my emails. I would recommend you go elsewhere if you expect your agent to call you back.

        I cant say enough good things about Bruce and the other people that work at his agency. I have dealt with many very good insurance agents over the years but Bruce leaves them all in the dust. He is always focused on whats best for his clients. Always!! He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the insurance products he sells. Theres no need to compare prices with other companies because the customer service you will get from Bruce and his team are priceless!

        Bruce and his staff were always available and very helpful in answering any & all questions. Unfortunately, our premiums increased significantly each year, and eventually looked to other carriers and found significant savings from other insurance companies.

      Alan, I am sorry that you believe I "ghosted" you repeatedly. It took me some time to research and determine why your commercial liability policy was flagged for cancellation. The reason it cancelled is because you did not respond to the three email requests from the company to complete the online survey about your business for the liability policy underwriting. I should have returned your call or email more quickly, but I wanted to have a definite, correct reason that the policy was flagged for cancellation before I responded. BA 11-07-2023
