Really liked it! Not very fancy, but clean, close to a nice river walk, and right on the doorstep of the National park! And cant beat having a jacuzzi tub and gas fire in the room! Rooms: Loved having hot tub/bath in room!

Great location only minutes from the park. Everything was clean and worked. After days of hiking, the hot tub was heavenly. The deck was great with a nice view of the stream below.

Decided to have a weekend getaway. Had a very good time our personal hot tub was excellent actually our whole trip was great thank you rocky mountain resorts

I cannot even begin to express how amazing our stay was! We frequent rocky mountain resort properties but this was our first time at fawn valley inn and boy howdy was it fantastic! The room was perfect for two (kcup coffee maker and coffee, small fridge, microwave and utensils all provided. Trash extra bags, sponge, dish soap and dish rack all provided under the sink). Location was right off the river, beautiful! Easy parking, you will have to make it up some stairs for the specific room we were in. The service was outstanding (easy communication via phone and text message). Can't recommend enough!!! Rooms: Beautiful room a good size. Gas fireplace was great, wardrobe provided for extra storage. Can't beat a walk out wrap around balcony and hot tub! Nearby activities: Right down the road from the fall River entrance to Rocky mountain national Park. Head the other way into town. Down the road from the main downtown drag and lake Estes. Easy access to everything! Noteworthy details: Love the ability to take a stroll along the river or have a cup of coffee on the swing chair outside. Nature and animals outside your door!
