Worst ER experience I've ever had, and I've had many. This was my first time here and it will be the last.

Horrible emergency room.. horrible doctors.. Scott chew is a joke. I'll never ever go to Estes Park medical center again. I'm surprised they haven't closed the place down. Estes park needs a good hospital with people who are kind and treat one another with respect and are courteous.

Sent to ER from urgent care. Ended up under the care of Dr. Chris Ryan who legitimately saved my life. The nursing staff was also incredible. Patient, kind, with an extreme sense of urgency and personal commitment to their patients. Cant say enough positive things. Trust youre in good hands if you end up here. The food was also hands down the best hospital food Ive ever had so shoutout to the kitchen staff too.

I was there for 5 days with a staph infection in my spine. I had Dr. Ryan, who was one of the best doctors Ive ever experienced. The nursing staff, howeverhorrible. They were rude, condescending, and incompetent. The night nurses were horrible. Very short with me and cold. A couple of the day nurses would slam the door open when I clicked the button to talk to someone. The night nurses seemed so inconvenienced by me asking for help, two of them came in and said this is the last time were coming in tonight. Is there anything else you need your highness? One of the night nurses had no clue how to draw blood. Poked me 13 times one night and couldnt find a vein. Had to ask for help and the nurse that came in got it in one try. And the worst part was that one of them wrapped my arm in coban so tight while an iv was in. I developed two blood clots in my arm after they took it off. I was transferred to a hospital in Lafeyette and they were shocked that a nurse would do that, let alone that no other nurses noticed the redness and massive swelling in my bicep. I commend Dr. Ryan for his work, but that nursing staff was horrible.
