I cannot say enough good about Dr Angus and his staff. My husband had to visit Dr Angus today after another dentist in town did a number on his teeth. He was in a good deal of pain and an infection starting and was told he just had to wait until a surgeon down in the valley could get him in. However, Dr Angus saw him, even though he had a very busy schedule! He was so competent, thorough and kind. He has real compassion for his patients. He took all concerns into consideration and helped when he did not have too. Never will we go to anyone else. What a blessing he was today!!!

I DO NOT recommend this practice!! The dentist is great! However, his front office staff can't schedule or run their reminder system. I ask for afternoon slots and get morning appointments but they don't write it down or confirm the time when the appointment is made so you don't know it's wrong. Also, I turn off reminders because their reminder system, does not associate the reminder with the pending appointment. When you have 3 people, with 6 apps all intertwined, you can not understand what reminder applies to what appointment since the reminder are sent out anywhere form 1 to 10 days in advance and they are not associated with the appointment. Now, the front office called me and was rude about me nissing a 9:30 cleaning when I schedule it at 2:30. It's chasos! Many appointments were forced changed because the can't keep a hygienist employed and there was no one staffed to perform any cleaning. The front office staff is incompetent. The business is hanging on by a thread. The doctor is nice. But if he is going to run a practice, he need to run an office also. I DO NOT recommend this practice!!

Update: I had a phone conversation with Dr Angus who was unaware of the situation that occurred. It was clarified that prices did increase and we agreed more communication in the future for changes would be beneficial for patients and dental office. Dr Angus offered to cover the cost difference in price and clean the childrens teeth himself to ensure quality. We also discussed that it may be a family business decision to find a practice that would be in network and covered so as not to strain an already stretched budget and he was understanding of that. I appreciate Dr Angus following up and listening as well as clearing up any confusion I had. Original: Someone who is not a trained hygienist or dentist cleaned my childrens teeth. Only two teeth per child were touched, they have many adult teeth already, and nothing was done to scrape or check gum line. The cleaning took less than 4 minutes and then they were polished poorly. The dentist came in and actually removed plaque from two teeth each but none of their other numerous teeth were touched. Now we owe $80 each for cleanings that never happened because suddenly prices have jumped without notice being given to patients. What kind of place thinks they earned payment for not doing the work? This place used to be efficient and provided good dental service. This is no longer the case.

I was on vacation and had a dental emergency. They got me in and were so nice! The dentist was excellent and took time to explain treatment. Highly recommend!

Dr Angus is a God send. My 7 year had a very very traumatic situation with a dentist in Greeley where my daughter wouldnt let anyone near her mouth for one year!!!!! So we come all the way up here to see him and I would drive 2 days if I had to! He was super gentle, explained step by step the process and showed her how it all works! Was constantly checking to make sure she was feeling good and comfortable through the whole appointment!!!! He showed her what a companionate and gentle dentist is! Gloria was amazing as well!!! She was kind and caring towards my daughter and made her feel comfortable as well!!! They took all the anxiety and fear away from her!!!! Hands down the best team ever!!! I highly recommend!!!!
