Perfect location. The best park is the lively couple! Hans & Miriam. They prepared breakfast for a morning sit down and chat. Simply the sweetest!

We were looking for a quiet room, intimate, and within close proximity to shops and restaurants in Estes Park, Co. The Quilt House fit the bill! Hans and Miriam couldn't have been more welcoming, the perfect hosts. Miriam out did herself (Hans may be her sous chef) with a fabulous breakfast. What a great start to the day. Just a lovely stay!

This B&B is small and sweet, with a personal touch. The host and hostess are an old couple and they are very nice. They are very detailed and happy to provide us all info we need for our stay. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

If you like staying with family, and enjoy your time with grandparents- this is the place for you.
Hans and Miriam will be married 60 years this August (2017) and are just lovely. Our flight got in late to Denver and they waited up for us almost past 10pm.
Upon arrival we were shown our private room that had its own bathroom and shower. The quilt along with many of the items in the home were hand made.
We were able to make a reservation and secure by mailing a $25 deposit.
Breakfast each morning was WONDERFUL and in great abundance. You are served personally by the hosts at a delicate table (with the other guests staying there). A prayer is started prior to eating but is more of a positive light than heavy religious.
If you are looking for a kind, quiet place to start your trip that is right down the street from downtown I'd stay here.
