    My family and I look forward to returning to the Windcliff experience every year that we possibly can. (I think at least 10 times so far.) The views are breathtaking, the homes are great, and the staff is welcoming and very helpful.

    Oh my gosh, the view alone going u pand down this mountains is just gorgeous! The way they maintain their homes is absolutely top of the line when It comes to class and cleanliness. I love that for whatever event or mood you are in, they have the perfect destination and setting. The office staff is absolutely customer oriented as well as on top of things. I love working with them.

    Snowdrift Lodge, Horrible experience mainly due to Windcliff management company. Ive got a weekend hobby of betting on sports. My wife wanted to get us out of the house someplace where we could have a nice view and I could still do my thing. We chose Windcliff because of the great views. Before we left I asked the management company what kind of TV service they had. I was told they were all smart TVs. A must for me. When we arrived I realized they were not. They were basic TVs, 1 input port with Basic Directv. To make it worse there was a parental lock on the channels. They advertise 24 hour service. We also realized the Microwave did not work. The refrigerator had a broken shelf with sharp exposed glass as well as other problems. We left many texts, e-mails and phone messages with no response. Additionally, there were threatening signs on the wall not to mess with the TVs so I couldnt even go buy a firestick. Our plans were ruined. I looked at reviews and saw a lot of complaints about the service. Not knowing when or if they would contact us, fed up after 2 nights we packed up threw away most of our food and found a different place missing most all the games I had planned on watching. When we finally got in contact with them they took no responsibility and refused to compensate us in any way. We had paid for 4 nights.
