!!WARNING - PLEASE BE ADVISED - UNSAFE MECHANICS - SCAM ARTISTS!!! Bought a Mini Cooper from here a little less than a year ago. Royal's mechanic had to replace my head gasket before I could take the care home. Discovered an oil leak and a new ticking noise in my engine last month and took it to Mini Dealership mechanic to have looked at. Mini Dealership discovered a ZIP-TIE was used in place of a bolt on part of the previous repair! I can hardly believe it but the Mini Dealership mechanic saw it plane as day, a Zip-Tie where a bolt should have been and my engine is rattling itself to pieces! This is going to cost me **thousands** in repairs, loss and damages. Shopping with this dealership has been one of the biggest most existential mistake I have made in my entire adult life. The only words I have to describe this bussiness would have my review removed for breaking terms of service on google
