BE AWARE!!! This company will convince you they are doing more work than they actually do. At first this company seemed like a good contractor to go through to get our roof fixed. However, I cannot say the same at the end of our claim process. Bryan had convinced us to write over the whole check from the insurance company under the impression that 1st Priority would replace the roof, gutters, siding that was damaged and paint the entire house. We had discussed them painting and doing the siding in the spring time since the roof would be getting replaced during the winter months. So trusting that they would do the painting and siding in the spring time like we had discussed we went ahead and wrote over the whole check from the insurance company. Now it is spring time and I had asked about when the siding and painting would be done. Come to find out that the painting and siding were never included in the contract. So they convinced us that they would do the painting which he had figured a certain amount of the check from the insurance company would be covered for that. Now they are just taking that money and saying that it was never in the contract. So I feel like the amount of money that was included in the insurance check that was supposed to be for painting they just took. Be careful not to write over the whole check amount!! They will tell you they are going to do more work than they actually end up doing. They also told us that our deductible would be $2,500 and they would take off $1,000 so we would only owe $1,500 out of pocket. Now they are harassing us saying that we owe $1,883. We will have to find a separate company to go through for the siding and painting and are out that money from the insurance company to cover that. Whenever I call to try and get ahold of Bryan, the sales guy we had originally spoke with and made the contract with he is always out of town. In the end, we are more than dissatisfied with this company and DO NOT recommend going with them.

Just wrapped up our work with 1st Priority and they've been great start to finish. Helpful in walking through details of our insurance claim, responsive as we navigated solar removal, weather challenges, etc. The quality of their work is great and we appreciated how engaged and knowledgable their team has been!

Had a little hiccup with scheduling at first but they made it right! Really great customer service, speed with getting an estimate and the work was scheduled really fast. Project only took two days to complete. I had gutters and downspouts done and will use them again when my roof needs to be replaced, the entire team was really great! Thank you!

They did a great job one my roof got it done, looks great Robert Fin did a great job on getting things rolling he was on top of things. And Sylvia Sweeney she was a hoot to talk to anytime I had a question she had an answer for me and we had some good conversations. Great personality and fun to talk to.
