        I found ReThink just by chance! I had reached out to my insurance first for a list of providers in my area and no one seemed to be a good fit so I did my own research and found Rethink MH. It was after reading Karens website that I felt drawn to her. During our first session together she took the time to really understand me and my story and for the first time I felt heard and seen in this type of setting. She then explained the diagnoses and went in depth about what was going on in my brain in a way that actually made sense to me. She truly has a gift! If youre trying to decide for yourself on a mental health professional and feel like youve never been listened to or prescribed the correct medication, I would HIGHLY recommend Karen
