Working with the Dexter has been nothing but amazing, since the day we started to work he helped me go from no credit to having 740 credit and working with me along that entire process. He was very patient and great at all times. I was able to close on my first home thanks to him. He dealt with a very difficult seller that was trying to sabotage the deal but Dexter never gave up and keep the deal alive and always had an answer to this very difficult seller that didnt want to deal to close . I never lost hope and never he did and he pulled off the impossible and made the deal happen. I will forever be thankful with Dexter he is very professional and always very attentive with his clients and more important makes you feel positive about anything. Dexter is such a cool person. Throughout the process of obtaining funding to buy a property, he was attentive, extremely helpful, and patient. He was able to display his knowledge of the current lending market and future trends that would lend to getting cheaper rates when I was ready to close.
