Lauren is a tremendously gifted healer. In the courses I have taken with Divine Reality, her healing has been gentle yet thorough. With her help I have awakened a deep connection with myself that supports me everyday. I can honestly say working with Lauren has changed my life and I cannot recommend her services enough!

Sometimes it's simply her intuition, sometimes a calming yet awakening reiki session, an informative tarot pull, sometimes simple validation, sometimes a different perspective, every once in a while just being in her Zen energy, there's been a few very important yoga poses, ancient history and spiritual information, and sometimes she helps create a space ( I can't normally create) where I can drop into meditation....I never know what I'm walking into, but I always leave feeling like "I really needed that and I now feel a million times lighter" or "wow I'm glad this was presented and I need to process and do some work" I've been healing with Lauren for what has to be over a year now. Best gift I've ever given myself .

Lauren is a beautiful embodiment of compassion and the Divine feminine. Her work manages to carry the gentle energy of rose quartz while at the same time going deep into the heart of shadow, the cracks and crevices I've hidden even from myself. A session with her leaves me feeling renewed and alligned. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my Reiki session with Lauren. She puts some "extras" into her sessions that really adds to the experience. She has a very loving touch, and is very intuitive. I left feeling very happy and calm.
