Radiology Imaging Associates

Never received a bill only a collection notice. Contacted Radiology imaging associates and was advised they sent me a statement while waiting for insurance to pay and that was the same as a bill and should have just paid. Then Refused my payment. Filed complaint with CO AG office and would recommend others to do the same if having issues.

Looks like lots of lazy people working here. They billed insurance & remaining balance they directly reported to collection agency with wrong address.

I notified you June, August and October in writing of my correct billing information. I finally submitted it myself to ANTHEM. ANTHEM asked for you to submit billing codes and RIA failed to provide. So now you turn it over to collections? Horrible, horrible services. I will also inform Littleton Hospital of your horrible services.

Its Next to impossible to get issues resolved with these large cooperate companies i'm starting to realize that I chose the wrong career and i'm doomed to fail. Look at how many negative reviews they have they don't even care or answer these people, some of these people are sick they cant spent the whole day calling and leaving voicemails. These guys owe me $350 for some help i gave them with their phone configuration early last year. I asked to speak with Mr Woodie Hopper the president and Katy his secretary completely refused I then got a call from a guy named Bob Davis who said he would arrange payment but he never answers his voicemail. I suspect that there is something fishy going on at this company.
