Reliable Glazing

Ive used Reliable Glazing on two occasions to replace windows in my 1938 house and they an amazing job! I needed both frosted (opaque) windows and clear (transparent) ones - they can do it all. I would highly recommend RG to anyone needing windows.

I called Reliable Glazing on 1/16 for an appointment and the voicemail said they don't return calls, to request an appointment online. I thought that was a little odd but I did. After 2 days I sent a text to the same number. They apologized and asked for my address and what window issues I was having. I texted back stating that I listed all of my issues on their website and listed them again in the text. On 1/18 I received both a text and an email stating that they'd be out the following day. I thought, OK we were good. On 1/19 a rather unprofessional man showed up and spent about an hour taking measurements. He said he'd get them to his team who would be back to me within a day and that they were under new management. He gave me a business card for the owner, Chris Morris. On 1/25, 6 days later, I sent a text to Chis requesting the quote and noticed that this was the same phone number that I had been texting. By that, I'd been communicating with the owner all along. On Thursday, 1/25 at 8:47PM I received the following text response; "I apologize! We are transferring over to a new software, and it's been a little scrambled. I will be back at my desk in an hour or so and I will get it written up and sent over to you right away. Sorry again for the delay." As of today, Sunday, 1/28 I haven't received anything. No quote, No call and no text. This could be an anomaly as their reviews are pretty good but I thought I'd share my experience in an attempt to help others potentially avoid the complete waste of time that I've experienced. If you look at my other Google reviews you'll see that I prefer leaving businesses positive reviews but my experience with this business is that there's absolutely nothing, "reliable" about Reliable Glazing. Google requires at least one star or I would have selected zero. Sorry Chris but you can't treat customer like this and expect to get away with it.

Reliable Glazing is a fantastic company to work with. Recently, they agreed to support a project through a local non-profit to repair windows for no cost in a home that was being remodeled to accommodate someone with special needs. They were willing to jump in and do the work as a part of our team. They are an awesome company!
