Health Images at Cherry Hills

Staff and service at this center are fantastic! Obviously, when you need to scale up to a co$$$tly MRI, you are in pain or have a serious condition. I've had images done a few times here for different issues. The desk staff have helped me with all scheduling and image sharing with efficiency and courtesy and got me in last-minute when I had a scheduling snafu. They also helped me figure out where the delay was coming from between my provider and insurance. This alerted me to significant issues with my doctor and his dissimulating staff and prompted me to get a second opinion and less invasive and expensive treatment. Moreover, med staff is wonderful and caring and keeps you informed and comfortable every step of the scan. They were so kind when I was in a great deal of pain prior to major surgery. Recently, I observed that they were so compassionate and patient with an elderly person who had real trepidation and difficulty. Kudos all the way around!

the staff is very pleasant attentative very nce the receptionist i had called my dr she helped me solve my issue very friendly both ladies the x ray gentleman was happy my technician who did my ultrasound was very nice so everyone i rate this place on a scale of ten great friendly staff who helped me out i was there on 1 25 24 thank you staff it seemed like you cared christine e gonzales englewood colorado but also call before you go people sometimes there working on the x ray machine ok

Every aspect of my vis it was an A. Annie who did my mri Was terrific. I even left a credit card there and immediately received a call.

Best advice go somewhere else. Very difficult to schedule an appointment. The attitude of the people who work here needs to be addressed. They also lie about your insurance information as if you wouldnt check yourself. And whatever you do, dont ask Diana or whatever her name is a question because she laughs that you asked a question about the person reading the MRI
