ROACHES!!! Loved my condo, just beautiful for first year and a half. Then got overrun with roaches! Couldn't cook in my kitchen anymore, even was awakened by a roach crawling on me.!I had just moved out of an apartment that had roaches and told my landlady this and was assured there weren't any. When I told her about them, she said for me to go buy some traps & roach spray. She would not pay for pest removal; I was on my own. Yes I was evicted (for smoking cigarettes), but you can decide if I'm being vindictive or telling the truth. Hope you don't find out the hard way. I feel sorry for the people who have already purchased a condo.
