        I made a reservation here over a week ago and they have the audacity to text me the night before that they dont have a car!? I rely on transportation for money so those unprofessional people have really made my life harder. Go for a different company.

        What kind of rental agency doesnt have a spare key? It cost me $136 for a locksmith. Not returning.

        If you have to rent car from hertz avoid this location, Very rude people work here, Very slow people, They speak Spanish with each other when they talk about you and Shaw bad altitude, They help one person after 3 hours. Dont come here if love hertz

        Horrible customer service and they never answer their phone! I wish my insurance allowed enterprise for uber. I have wasted so many hours on the phone with this location and Hertz company!
