        I had a few background check companies referred to me. This one stood out based on the description of their excellent customer service on their "About Us" page. I called and they transferred me to Leah's voicemail. Leah never called me back. I called back several hours later and they said Leah must not be working anymore today. I asked if there's anyone else I can talk to and they said no. I explained I just wanted to know more about their services and to find out the process of signing up - she said that Leah is the only person who can answer those questions so there's no one else who can take my call. I'm taking this as a red flag that perhaps their customer service isn't as excellent as they describe on their website and moving on to the next business on my list.
