Fairway Collision Center has the most amazing and caring team I have ever met! Not only do they do an honest job but they fight for you when something isn't right with the insurance company. Ready to go to bat for you! They know the laws and will call out when things sound like they are against the law. They really fought for me. I will always praise this place and take any future vehicles to them and send them as many referrals as I can thanks to their services. Truly a pleasure working with them.

Used Fairway for several car repairs. They do excellent work.

An unfortunate mess! I had a small accident, October 2023. My insurance agent suggested Fairway because they were a preferred vendor. So I took the car (early October) to Fairway. They looked at the car, took pictures and told me what I needed to do to get on their schedule. A few days later I called them back and was told my schedule date was February 13th. 4 months from the accident. I agreed to the date. Yesterday I took the car in for repair. The checkin process was easy and smooth. 5 hours later I received a call telling me that Fairway didnt have the Technology to fix the car. Its body work - what technology dont they have? Regardless, they should have been more thorough when they looked at the car and they should know what their capabilities before making promises they cant keep! Now Im back to square one in the que of another collision shop for 4 months. Needless to say I would not recommend this shop.
