We are visiting from out of state and my sons braces needed emergency assistance. We called Eagle Orthodontics and spoke with Jessica. Jessica was incredibly flexible and helped us until we could get back home so we could have a worry free trip. Thanks Jessica!

The practice will probably respond to this review saying that they did everything to make me happy and I was a difficult patient, but after my recent visit to TMJ specialists in Denver I learned quite the opposite. I consulted Dr. Dustin at this facility for TMJ issues that I had been dealing with for many years. I received 20 months of treatment at this facility, starting out with regular braces and then I switched to Invisalign. I was told both were an option for my situation. The whole experience was very disappointing and several mistakes were made. On top of that, the orthodontist was only present for about half of my appointments. He is frequently out of town. Unfortunately, since receiving treatment at this facility my TMJ issues have severely escalated. I have developed trigeminal neuralgia and my jaw constantly pops. I am off so much worse than before, and in constant pain. I recently consulted two separate TMJ specialists in Denver who both said invisalign should never be used for TMJ patients, and the orthodontist should have referred me to a specialist. They said whatever was done to my bite did not help my case. I wish I would have done my due dillegence as well, however, in the initial consultation with Dr. Dustin I was told he could improve my symptoms by 50-75%. I totally realize I was a difficult case, which is why I should have been referred to a specialist, either at the beginning or at some point during treatment. I have waited over a year to write a review, mostly because I just don't want to deal with the response from the practice, but I find it important to share my experience. Please consult a TMJ specialist if you are experiencing TMJ issues. Do your own due dilligence. I am sure this practice would be fine for straightforward orthodontic needs. The front desk staff and assistants were always friendly, and the facility is nice.

The staff is wonderful but unfortunately the owners have unreasonable policies and are more than stingy. I cannot lie - the office is in a convenient location, very nice conditions, and fast turnaround time for appliances, as well as great prices - but I would avoid Eagle Orthodontics if you are seeking an emergency orthodontist. I came in for a new scan and retainer and was charged $150, which is reasonable, however I needed it mailed to an address Id only be at for a few days, because Id be going on holiday the next week, and then back home to Ireland. I specifically told the office every detail of this. While I was on holiday in Mexico the office called me from an unknown number and left a voicemail, but like most people I dont check voicemails from unknown numbers on holiday. While they couldnt reach my number, they didnt send an email, text, or anything else. I came back and asked for a refund as obviously I would never see the retainer they made for me due to this policy. Dr de la Cruz was rude and stingy - I agreed to not pursue a refund, and she would not even pay the $10 shipping to Ireland. Ive seen the office and know damn well that $10 is nothing to the owners. Consider this office but if you are redirected to speak with the owners, beg for an alternative. Dr de la Cruz: It actually is you fault you are where you live.
