        Room was clean and quiet! just what we needed. Even the AC unit was quiet. Rooms: Great value in the mountains! This is an older property but clean and well kept up.

        My stay at the hotel was not as delightful as I had hoped. Initially, there were setbacks with the cable TV (an ongoing concern as per reviews from several months ago) and subsequent internet issues, proving to be significant inconveniences. Interestingly, my colleague, just two doors away, experienced no such problems with their working TV. The internet speed, when operational, fell below 1Mbps for both download and upload. Furthermore, the customer service left much to be desired in terms of friendliness and assistance. Adding to the challenges, the heating units in the room lacked an auto shut-off feature, leading to uncomfortably high temperatures during the night. In summary, my overall experience was less than pleasant, encompassing various aspects that could use improvement.
