My 14 year old lab was in pain, showing signs of having a stroke/ bad seizure and was needing to be put to sleep. They came and helped me same day. Compassionate and caring team. My other dogs got to say goodbye, and my best friend Lilly got to pass in the comfort of her home on her favorite bed. Thank you for helping us and my baby move on.

The staff was rude and didnt seem to like dealing with my high energy Blue Heeler puppy. They said she was annoying and yelled at her for jumping on them, as well as eating some unknown debris off the floor of their office. Spent over $400 dollars in one month on vaccines. They tried to sell me several more vaccines and a microchip, but I will be taking my pup elsewhere in the future.

They are awesome, they have helped me a bunch of times. Some were fitting me in for emergencies and they take really good care of my Roxie

We all know how hard it is when dealing with the end of life process with a family pet ! Ponderosa Pet/Vet services was at our house within hours of us contacting them , even as a new customer. Very Professional , respectful and caring of the process , the Family and most importantly the Animal. Highly recommended . They will definitely be our go to for all veterinarian services!! Grateful and Happy customer!!
