Cody made our purchasing experience painless and almost fun. We were in Idaho while buying in Colorado. When we arrived to look at houses he reserved 2 days for us and we saw 7 houses! He worked diligently on communication between the other realtor, the owner and us. He kept us abreast of all our time lines and we never had to wonder what to do next. He even asked if there was anything he could improve and I can honestly say there was nothing he could have done better!

We recently purchased a home in Durango and Cody was excellent to work with. We were buying from out of state which always brings a new level of stress to the home buying process but Cody did an amazing job in navigating us through the process.
