We asked for clarification on our earnest money and closing costs before our closing date, they never responded and it ended up costing us $10,000 more in up front costs than we were anticipating. Very upset. Will not be doing business with them again. You shouldn't either.

We have used Mike and Judy for decades, for both personal and development projects, as have three of our children. They go out of their way to make deals happen. We recommend them to all our architectural and construction clients as well. Zeb, Michael and Morgan are also very knowledgable to work with.
And their new contemporary offices are beautifully designed.

Jude, Mike and Anita were awesome! The entire team was just fantastic to work with. We had a relationship with our regular bank for over 25 years but they were not able to get the job done like these guys did. We will use them again and again. Judy Malone is the worst service person I have ever encountered in any industry. She did not communicate correctly with us when we were buying a home, and only after we had put in an offer did she communicate about issues that existed with the deal. Worst of all, we qualified comfortably for the loan we wanted but she refused to run our credit again. We took our business elsewhere.
