I highly recommend R Med Spa! I've had back pain for 10+ years. Last August I decided to dedicate a year to my back, whatever it takes. I enrolled in partner stretching 2x/week and chiropractic 2x/week for over 5 months with little to no improvement, I changed my diet to limit inflammation, I was doing core exercises and still had a lingering pain that was keeping me from living to my potential. I reached out to R Med Spa and they were excited to talk with me about what they could provide. Their office is lovely and they're so involved and interested in this burgeoning industry of non-surgical solutions that it was easy to share their excitement and say yes to receiving the care that I needed. They gave me a leg up on my pain. I have my energy back and I'm feeling SO MUCH better which prompts me to continue treating myself as best I can to stay out of pain. It's life changing.
