      image My mom was with this agency. She recently moved, giving the receptionist her new address. Unfortunately, the girls sent her refund to the wrong address, not my mom's fault. When I spoke with Dale, he wouldn't accept responsibility. Saying " it's not our fault". I hope she actually gets the refund. She is no longer with American family, thank goodness. Now she is saving 100 a month, thanks to gieco

      Hi Elena, We understand that you are frustrated and your mother is needing the funds. unfortunately as we explained on the phone we cannot control mail times. Our corporate office mails out all refunds and we do not have the capability in our office. We have been in contact with our billing department trying to get an exception to get an additional check sent out earlier than normal to her new address. We updated the mailing address as soon as we had it. We have even reached out to the local postal service in attempt to locate the check and check mailing times. Please understand we are working on getting this remedied on the lost refund check reissued. Thank you
