We love Wolcott. They are ALWAYS helpful and even faxed an insurance card to the DMV when I was already there and had misplaced it. They handle my car insurance and my home insurance as well as all of our businesses.

Switching carriers. Was with Wolcott for a good time, but was recently treated very poorly over the phone. The rep told me she provided me a quote already, and when asked to do another, she rudely stated she already did. Then she sighed and said she would do another one, in a manner that was very rude. Customer service was great, but now it seems as if they don't care for their customers. I'm taking my money elsewhere.

Called this office on Friday at about 11 am. Transfered to a vocemail by receptionist. Left a message and call back number. Message said she would back with me ASAP. Monday at 3:30 pm. no call back or response. Looking else where for responsive agency.
