Four Corners Eye Clinic

I call on behalf of my wife, who is scheduled for eye surgery on January 1. The Eye Surgery Coordinator never returns calls. I left at least 5 voice messages. Today, I finally went thru to a human being, who put me on hold. After 16 minutes, I hung up. I wanted to know what time her surgery was on the 9th and what she needs to do to prepare for surgery. How hard are these? This clinic really needs to overhaul their coordinators and front desk personnel. It reflects on the entire professional staff. A one star is what I gave the front desk and surgery coordinator. But my rating is really less than a 1.

I went in because I needed an eye exam to get new glasses. They did not explain fully to my understanding that they are not an optometrist and do not take eye care coverage. They explained there would be a $45 charge for the service, which I agreed to because I thought that would be the total.I found out they tried to bill my medical insurance for an additional amount, which they didnt cover routine eye care. I was stuck with the bill and feel like they did not explain how much it would be for the visit when I went in or I would have not have gone in if I would of known it was hundreds of dollars. The billing department did offer me a 20% discount which was nice, but I still would not have received care from here if they had explained things fully to begin with
