        I travel often for work and nothing is worse than 3 flights with delays and approaching a line at the rental car window. I was so thankful for the efficient, quick experience, and outstanding customer service Josh displayed. I have never had a better experience renting a car, thank you, Josh!

        When renting from Enterprise at DRO (Durango, CO Airport) it may take longer than normal to get a vehicle as they seem to be short staffed at times. I will admit it's not the busiest of airports. I rent every other week and there has been a time when no vehicle was available and some times AWD or 4x4 is not available. If you are renting vehicles in this town, you must have them equipped properly for the weather we might be driving in.
