Things have been a mess but since Carter came in its been so much better! I had a really bad experience with the previous managers and Carter has been super helpful. I would recommend this as a place to buy a car from now.

We are still waiting on a 5000 dollar check that should of took 3 days is what we were told. But it has been 3 weeks with no answers to when we will receive. You can call them but they don't call you. UPDATE 7/22/22 We both called all day will call you back someone did but of course after waiting most of the day we missed it.My husband called right back . Then we got the will call you right back. So we went down there of course they could not get ahold of anyone so we gave them till next day .We got a call back saying it was overnighted again Called back7/26/2022 was told it was in processing.Husband checked in today 7/28/22 .they said they would call back. Just so everyone knows .We started this on 6/25/2022 Check should been received by us 6/30/2022. So here WE ARE IN OCTOBER NOW WE CAN'T EVEN get plates.
