The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Randi helped me with a purchase and really knew about the products. All of the employees are always helpful every time I stop by for my favorite shampoo and conditioner.

The last couple times I went in the music was super quiet. As a customer this is awkward and uncomfortable, and doesn't inspire me to stick around any longer than necessary.
In the past it was like a Mariah Carey/Whitney Houston dance party - bring that vibe back!!
